Peter I think Sarah's surname may have been Pierson, but not sure of the spelling. Philadelphia was my gt, gt, gt grandmother. Do you have access to Genes Reunited?

I have the following information

Thomas MANN was born before 20 Nov 1804 at Penhurst, Sussex. He married Philadelphia VENESS, daughter of Thomas VENESS and Sarah ?, circa 1826. He was Labourer in Nov 1847. He appeared on the census of 30 Mar 1851 at
Netherfield, Sussex.

I would welcome any further information you have
